Refund policy
Except for any Products designated on the Website as NON-RETURNABLE or any customized order, and at the sole discretion of SICIS, you may return any online purchase without customized engraving, personalization or embossing, for a refund or exchange, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery or purchase, whichever is first, by clearly informing us of your intention to do so.
To return a Product, kindly notify info-jewels@sicis.com within the fourteen (14) calendar day period referenced above. You will then need to wrap the returned Product in its original packaging and attach the pre-printed and pre-paid return label, which we will send you via email following your return request. Attach the label so that it covers the original delivery address. The returned Product will be checked and evaluated by us. If it is in perfect condition, we credit the account which was used for the original Order payment.
All returns are subject to a thirty (30) % restocking fee.
